How It Works
We're a ghost kitchen — that means no dine-in and no waiting in long lines. We focus on one thing: cooking everything fresh over live fire and getting it to you fast.
Order online → choose your pickup time → we fire it fresh → you grab it hot off the pit.
Drop Announced
Limited daily availability — pre-order early to secure your meal. Small-batch drops release in tight windows for both Jess Blaze BBQ and Blaze Rolls.
Reserve Your Plate
Place your order before the cutoff to be included in the cook day. Plates are limited — when capacity is reached, the drop closes.
Straight Off the Pit
Every batch is cooked live over real wood fire and served straight off the pit. Small batches keep every plate fresh — no holding, no warming drawers.
Pickup or Delivery
Pickup available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during scheduled drop days.
