What is a ghost kitchen?+

A ghost kitchen is a kitchen focused on online orders only — no dine-in service. This allows us to stay focused on quality, speed, and cooking everything fresh over direct heat.

How do I order?+

Order online at jessblazebbq.com. Pick your items, choose your pickup or delivery day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), and pay online. We cook it fresh on your selected day.

Can I eat here?+

We are pickup and delivery only — no dine-in. Orders are built for grab-and-go so your food is hot and fresh when you get it.

When are you open?+

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — 11 AM to 7 PM or until sold out.

Do you deliver?+

Yes! Select delivery at checkout and enter your address. We deliver in the Norco, Riverside, and Corona area.

How does delivery work?+

We prepare every order fresh and hand it off to our delivery partner, Uber, for drop-off. Select your delivery day and time at checkout — your food goes straight from our pit to your door.

What makes your BBQ different?+

Everything is cooked over real peach and almond wood fire — direct heat, no gas, no shortcuts. Small batches keep every plate fresh off the pit.
